Return & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and either exchange or return the product to us. For online orders, refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please make sure that:

• you return the invoice and indicate which item(s) you are returning or exchanging
• the item concerned is unworn, undamaged and has not been washed
• the original labels are still attached to the clothing.

Items purchased on final sales are not refundable. 

Please note that we do not handle shipping and handling charges for return items.  We recommend that you use a reliable shipping method and notify us by emailing at info@vandesteppe.com.
